Wait for your demo-ready email

We create your Odoo environment, then email you its website address, login details and any next step you need to take.

Connect QuickBooks if needed

If you chose your own data and use QuickBooks Online, click Connect QuickBooks in the email, sign in to Intuit and press approve. Do not send us your QuickBooks password.

Wait for the data-ready email

If you connected QuickBooks, leave the rest to us. We load the supported records automatically and email you again when the migration is finished.

Open Odoo

Open the demo link from your email, sign in with the details provided and start exploring. If you used QuickBooks data, wait for the data-ready email before checking for migrated records.

If you choose example data, you can start exploring as soon as the environment is ready. If you choose your own data, wait for the separate data-ready confirmation before expecting migrated records to appear.

The current automated QuickBooks demo focuses on safe master data such as customers, suppliers, products, services and payment terms. Accounting transactions such as invoices and bills are not part of this demo stage. A full production migration would have its own agreed scope, validation and reconciliation.

Business records are connected. If the relationships between them are not preserved, the numbers stop making sense, so representative data is validated before it is introduced into Odoo.

Is this a real Odoo environment?
The service is designed to provide a dedicated online Odoo demonstration environment rather than only a slideshow, video or generic walkthrough.
Do I need to speak to someone first?
No. Fill in the form and follow the emails we send you. We only need to contact you directly if something about your setup needs clarification.
Why do you need my contact details?
We need to associate the environment with the correct user, communicate access information, manage the demonstration request and provide help where required.
Why do you need my company name?
The company name is used to prepare the demonstration identity and generate a suitable proposed company subdomain.
Is the proposed subdomain guaranteed?
No. The secure backend must check that the final address is suitable, valid, unique and available.
Can the demo use our real business data?
Yes, where supported. For QuickBooks Online you can choose the live-data option, then use the secure Connect QuickBooks link we email you. You approve access directly with Intuit. You never send us your QuickBooks password.
Do I provide passwords through this page?
No. Passwords, API keys, banking credentials and live-system access information must never be entered into this registration form.
Which systems can you use data from?
QuickBooks Online currently has the automated connection flow used by this demo. If you use Xero, Sage, Business Central, NetSuite, spreadsheets or another system, select it in the form and we can review the right connection or migration route with you.
Is the demonstration a complete migration?
No. This demo is for evaluating Odoo. It may use example data or a supported subset of your real business data. A full production migration is a separate project with full validation and reconciliation.
Can I explore Odoo without providing our business data?
Yes. Choose "Use example data" in the form and you do not need to connect your current software at all.
What happens after I explore the environment?
You can continue evaluating Odoo or speak to Wedoo Systems about implementation, migration, integrations, custom add-ons, training and ongoing support.
How long will the environment remain available?
The demonstration availability period will be shown or confirmed as part of the provisioning process.
